We are preferred providers for many insurance plans. For most insurance plans, we able to and happy to submit claims on your behalf. If you would like to know if we are a provider for your insurance please call our office at 320-629-2282.
In addition to insurance we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Care Credit.
For patients who wish to make payment arrangements we are pleased to work with Care Credit. Click here to apply online. Care Credit offers zero interest plans to help meet your needs.
We are pleased to offer a 5% discount for patients who may payment in full using cash or check at the time of service. We cannot offer this discount on insurance copayments.
Almost all dental insurance plans cover dental services to some extent. Some plans have a network of providers where the percentage of covered services is higher. Please call us at 320.629.2282 if you are wondering if we’re “in your network.” Our Treatment Coordinator strives to help you maximize your dental insurance benefits while minimizing out-of-pocket costs where possible.
We offer a 5% discount for all of our patients who may payment in full using cash or check at the time of service. We are pleased to offer a 10% discount on all preventative services to all seniors age 65 or better and to all military veterans when payment in full is made using cash or check at the time of service. We also offer a 10% discount to members of the 7 county senior federation. Discounts may not be combined and are not applicable to patients who are using dental insurance.
The comprehensive exam appointment takes about one hour. It consists of necessary x-rays, a comprehensive evaluation and a treatment planning session to fully describe the findings of the exam. We want to make sure all your questions are answered and develop a prioritized treatment plan. If you have dental insurance most plans pay 100% for this appointment. If you have current x-rays from another provider, please let our office know so we can help you get them transferred to our clinic.
You will be asked to describe your problem over the phone and give details of any insurance benefits you may have. Every effort will be made to get you in right away to identify the problem and decide on a course of action to resolve it. If you have an emergency after hours, please contact our office number and directions will be given to enable us to contact you.
