Dr. Carrie Carlson is originally from Emily, MN. She attended the University of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN for her undergraduate coursework. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
Dr. Carrie enjoys many aspects of dentistry, especially surgery. She is particularly interested in implant dentistry and the options it offers for her patients, whether they are missing one tooth or many. She is also excited to see where 3D imaging will take dentistry in the future. Having spent five years working for a non-profit organization that specializes in providing care to persons with special needs and geriatric patients, these patients have a special place in her heart.
Outside off the office, Dr. Carrie loves spending time with her family. You can find her riding side by side, hiking, cross country skiing and camping. She enjoys cooking and baking and loves quilting. Dr. Carrie has made several quilts of valor for military veterans in her life.
Dr. Carrie treats her patients just like her own family. When you come into Oak Park Dental you won't be treated as a number. You will be cared for just like family. The way it's supposed to be.
Dr. Carrie always wants to provide the most comfortable experience for her patients. She prides herself on always being ultra-aware of her patient's comfort and ready to do whatever it takes to keep them worry-free and smiling.
